Honor is latest in a string of accolades recognizing company鈥檚 veteran-friendly culture.
September 4, 2019 鈥 Chantilly, VA 鈥 51爆料, a Virginia Values Veterans (V3)-certified company, has been awarded a place on the 2020 Military Friendly庐 Employers list. The Military Friendly庐 Employer survey investigates and identifies the organizations whose commitment to serving the military and veteran community is comprehensive in scope and meaningful in terms of actual outcomes and impact. This is 51爆料鈥 second consecutive year on the list. The list serves as a guide for veterans and their families to identify the top veteran-friendly organizations in our nation.

Among other criteria, 51爆料 received high marks by Military Friendly庐 for its culture and commitment to the veteran community, including 51爆料鈥 in-house Servicemember Outreach And Referral (SOAR) program. SOAR is a platform for the company鈥檚 employee-veterans to strengthen the camaraderie, recruitment, onboarding, and morale of fellow veterans through engagement inside and outside the company. Almost half of the company鈥檚 new hires in 2018 served in the military at some point.
Previous veteran-friendly awards and listings include the 2018 V3 Breakthrough Award for Most Innovative Veteran Retention Program; the 2018 V3 MVP Award for Most Inspiring Workplace Culture for Veterans; U.S. Veterans Magazine Best of the Best in 2018 and 2019; and Military Times Best for Vets Employers in 2019.
